Date: 6th Aug 2019 Author: Alistair Tickett

For this year’s summer camp, 1st Tadworth cub pack became spies for the week and had an actioned packed summer camp at Phasels Wood activity centre in Kings Langley.

The cubs had great fun undertaking various activities such as Archery, rifle shooting, kayaking, pioneering, cresta run, bug hunting, canal walk, crate stacking,  craft, wide games, high ropes, backwoods cooking and a fantastic and interesting visit to Bletchley Park.

The cubs finished their week by revealing  their true identity at the fancy dress bbq on the last evening.

Another awesome camp for 1st Tadworth!

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
