Squirrels are the youngest section of Scouting.  Open to boys and girls aged 4 and 5, they are all about finding out about the world around them!  They meet weekly in Dreys.

They have a programme built around games and activities – all driven by an agenda of fun.

Each session last just one hour and it is a chance for young people to begin their Scouting adventure.  Like every other section, there are badges to be gained and milestones to be passed as the Squirrels gain confidence in themselves and their Drey.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
